Information and purpose

We use your name, business email, company, country, product selections, quantities, notes and message to respond to sourcing requests and prepare quotations. We also record the inquiry reference, submission time and privacy acknowledgement. Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential documents through this form.

Service providers and notifications

Cloudflare hosts the website and inquiry database and provides anti-abuse verification. Resend processes inquiry information to email our sales inbox and send an acknowledgement to your supplied address. Email notifications are separate from saving an inquiry; an acknowledgement does not confirm an order, stock or a quotation. These providers may process data outside your country.

Browser storage and security

Your quote list is stored in your browser until you remove it or successfully submit it. The current session stores a retry identifier and request fingerprint to prevent duplicate submissions, not the contact form values. Cloudflare Turnstile processes request and device signals; the inquiry service uses your connecting IP address for verification and short-term rate limiting.

Retention

Our retention policy is to keep ordinary inquiry records for 12 months after the inquiry is closed, then remove or anonymise them. Records needed for actual orders, legal obligations or disputes are handled separately according to the applicable requirements. Related mail copies and recoverable backups must also be considered when handling deletion requests.

Your requests

Email [email protected] with your inquiry reference to request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Your available rights and any right to complain to a data protection authority depend on applicable law.

No marketing subscription

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. The form is for business sourcing, not payment or order placement.
