Is there a fixed minimum order quantity?
MOQ is confirmed with sales for the selected product and packaging requirement. Send your expected quantity rather than assuming a catalog listing has a fixed minimum.
How do I confirm that a part fits?
Compatibility is supplier-listed, not an independent test result. Share the complete robot model, regional version and any relevant dimensions or original-part photos. Pro, Plus and regional variants should not be treated as interchangeable.
What do the displayed prices include?
Prices apply to the sales unit shown on the product page. Check the packaging description for quantities. Shipping and taxes are not included, and final commercial terms are confirmed in your quotation.
Are stock and delivery dates guaranteed by the listing?
No. A listing or submitted inquiry is not an inventory reservation or an order confirmation. Availability and lead time are confirmed for your request.
Can I send photos or a spreadsheet?
Yes. Email your files to [email protected]. Include your inquiry reference if you already submitted the form. The online form does not currently accept attachments.
